The Scranton Community Center (former school gym) will be the scene for lively adult dodgeball in a tournament Saturday, Feb. 8, with play starting at 10 am.
The tournament is open to adults age 18 and older. Six-person teams must be sponsored by a Greene County business. Businesses may sponsor more than one team, and team members do not have to be employees of the sponsoring business.
Teams should provide their own uniforms (costumes) and one door prize. There is a $25 per team entry fee.
Spectators are welcome for the tournament; a $2 admission will be charged. Also, the gym will be open for teams to practice Saturday, Feb. 1, from 1 to 3 pm. There is a $2 per person admission for the practice times.
